The process of buying a home can be a stressful one, especially if it is your first home, and you have to buy the home from across the country. After that first phone call with Nil, we knew we were in good hands. She took us on and stood by us through the whole process, showing us every option available to us. Anytime things got a little crazy she was right there with a solution and it always ended up on track. She introduced us to an amazing team, and if it were not for Nil and the team, I don’t think my husband and I would be saying we have a home that is ours. Nil is a true blessing and more than we ever expected. The moment we stepped off the plane in North Carolina, she was right there, making us feel right at home. She could have just shown us some houses and had it said and done, but that isn’t Nil. She took us in, helped us find a home, scheduled inspections and meetings, and showed us around our new hometown! All of this in a matter of 3 days! She was right by our side from the beginning to the end. We really felt as though we found more than a realtor in Nil. She was there for us in every way, sought out our needs, and always made us feel as if we were a priority. We are now new residents of the triangle area and we don’t know many people, but one thing is for sure, if we come across anyone who needs a realtor, without a doubt, my recommendation for Nil would be given.
